នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ៩កើត ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកជំទាវ នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ដាំ ដារីនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ អញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យខ្លឹមសារ និងពិភាក្សាលើសេចក្តីព្រាងអនុស្សារណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MOU) ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការភាពជាដៃគូលើការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលធនធានមនុស្សក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ រវាងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងក្រសួងការពារជាតិ និងសាលានាយទាហានសកម្មចុះអនុស្សារណៈនៃការយោគយល់ជាមួយរាជបណ្ឌិតសភាកម្ពុជា( RAC ) និងជាមួយវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអប់រំ ( NIE )។
On 23 July, 2026, Her Excellency General Dam Dariny, Secretary of State of the Ministry of National Defence, chaired the meeting to review and discuss the draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the cooperation in human resource development for the tourism sector between the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of National Defence. And the draft preparation of Memoranda of Understanding for the Active Duty Officer School with the Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC) and the National Institute of Education( NIE ), with the purpose of strengthening cooperation in education, training, research, and human resource development.
