នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ១៣:០០នាទីរសៀល នាយទាហាន នៃនាយកដ្ឋានទាក់ទងអន្តរជាតិ នៃក្រសួងការពារជាតិ និងក្រុមអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅបំផុតចំពោះសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាធិបតេយ្យប្រជាមានិតឡាវ ដែលបានចាត់បញ្ជូននាយទាហានប្តូរវេនចំនួនពីររូបគឺ វរសេនីយ៍ទោ KHAMPHET FONGLAMAY និងវរសេនីយ៍ទោ SINGSAVAN VONGSOUVANH ចូលរួមជាមួយក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលដឹកនាំដោយប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីន ជាប្រធានប្តូរវេនអាស៊ាន ក្នុងការចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ស្ថានភាពព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមាន។
កម្ពុជាតែងតែផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹង និងពង្រឹងតួនាទីដល់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ក្នុងការធានាការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់រវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាព ការជឿទុកចិត្តគ្នា និងការពារអាយុជីវិតប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។ ព្រមជាមួយគ្នានេះ កម្ពុជាស្វាគមន៍ជានិច្ចចំពោះបណ្តាប្រទេសជាមិត្តក្នុងការបញ្ជូនអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍ ឬចូលរួមជួយលើកិច្ចការសន្តិភាព។

The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:
On 23 July, 2026, at 01:00p.m., the Officers of Department of International Relations and Cambodia Liaison Group (CLG) of the Kingdom of Cambodia has warmly welcomed the Lao People’s Democratic Republic for deploying two rotating officers—Lieutenant Colonel KHAMPHET FONGLAMAY and Lieutenant Colonel SINGSAVAN VONGSOUVANH—to join the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The team is led by the Philippines, the rotating Chair of ASEAN, to observe and verify the situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border after the ceasefire came into effect.
Cambodia consistently provides full support and strengthens the role of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) in ensuring the implementation of the ceasefire between Cambodia and Thailand, in order to promote transparency, build mutual trust, and protect the lives of citizens. At the same time, Cambodia always welcomes friendly nations to dispatch observers or participate in assisting with peace-building efforts.
The Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia reaffirm our firm, sincere, and unwavering commitment to fully and faithfully respect and implement the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) on December 27, 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand on October 26, 2025, and all other relevant agreements. This commitment is made with the aim of ensuring rapid recovery and restoring normalcy, and long-lasting peace and stability.
