នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកក្តដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) នៃយោធភូមិភាគទី៤កម្ពុជា និងកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២ថៃ បានជួបប្រជុំក្រៅផ្លូវការ នៅវេលាម៉ោង ១១:០០នាទី នៅច្រកអន្តរជាតិជាំ-សាង៊ាំ ស្រុកអន្លង់វែង ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ។ គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី និត ណារ៉ុង ប្រធានក្រុមលេខាធិការ (RBC) កម្ពុជា និងគណៈប្រតិភូថៃ ដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី កាំផាក់ណាក វាផាន់ស៊ុ ប្រធានក្រុមលេខាធិការ (RBC) ថៃ។
ភាគីកម្ពុជាបានសម្តែងនូវការស្វាគមន៍ចំពោះកិច្ចប្រជុំសម្របសម្រួលប្រតិបត្តិការក្រៅផ្លូវការរវាងក្រុមលេខាធិកាដ្ឋានទាំងពីរ ដែលត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សារិះរកដំណោះស្រាយបញ្ហានានាជាមួយគ្នាដោយសន្តិវិធី និងបានទាន់ពេលវេលា សំដៅបញ្ចៀសការយល់ច្រឡំដោយមិនចាំបាច់ ព្រមទាំងបន្ធូរបន្ថយភាពតានតឹងនៅតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែន។
នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនោះ ភាគីកម្ពុជាបានទាមទារឱ្យភាគីថៃបញ្ឈប់ការឈូសឆាយធ្វើផ្លូវ ការពង្រីកភូមិសាស្ត្រ សកម្មភាពរាយបន្លាលួស នៅក្នុងតំបន់ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងដែនអធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជា និងតំបន់ដែលមិនទាន់ដាច់ស្រេច ហើយសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ពីភាពចាំបាច់ក្នុងការចាប់ផ្តើមការងារវាស់វែងនិងខ័ណ្ឌសីមា នៃគណៈកម្មាការចម្រុះខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោក (JBC) ឱ្យបានឆាប់បំផុត ស្របតាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលមានស្រាប់រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដូចមានចែងក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
ចំពោះហេតុការណ៍ការបាញ់ និងការបង្កផ្ទុះ ភាគីកម្ពុជាស្នើឲ្យមានការផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់យ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុក្ខដាក់បំផុត ដើម្បីកុំឱ្យមានការយល់ច្រឡំ និងដាក់ចេញវិធានការទប់ស្កាត់កុំឱ្យកើតមានបន្តទៀត ដើម្បីចៀសវាងការកើនឡើងនូវភាពតានតឹងដោយមិនចាំបាច់។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ភាគីកម្ពុជាក៏បានស្នើឱ្យភាគីថៃចូលរួមសហការ ក្នុងការអប់រំ និងរឹតបណ្តឹងវិន័យដល់បណ្តាកងកម្លាំងជួរមុខរបស់ខ្លួន ក្នុងគោលបំណងទប់ស្កាត់កុំឱ្យមានសកម្មភាពណាមួយ ដែលអាចនាំទៅដល់ការបង្កហេតុដូចជា ការបាញ់បោះ ការរាយលួសបន្លា និងការប្រើប្រាស់ពាក្យសម្តីមិនសមរម្យជាដើម។ បន្ថែមពីលើនេះ ភាគីកម្ពុជាក៏បានលើកឡើងពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការរួមគ្នាទប់ស្កាត់ព័ត៌មានក្លែងក្លាយបំភ្លៃការពិត ជាពិសេសការផ្សព្វផ្សាយទាំងឡាយណាដែលមានចរិតលក្ខណៈអុជអាលឱ្យមានការស្អប់គ្នា និងចងគំនុំគ្នា សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់ការជឿជាក់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងបង្កើតឱ្យមានបរិយាកាសអំណោយផលដល់ការដោះស្រាយដោយសន្តិវិធី។

The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:
On the morning of July 15, 2026, the Secretariat of the Cambodia-Thailand Regional Border Committee (RBC) for the Cambodian 4th Military Region and the Thai 2nd Army Region held an informal meeting at 11:00 AM at the Choam-Sangam International Border Checkpoint in Anlong Veng District, Oddar Meanchey Province. The Cambodian delegation was led by Brigadier General Nith Narong, Head of the Cambodian RBC Secretariat, and the Thai delegation was led by Major General Kampanat Waphansu, Head of the Thai RBC Secretariat.
The Cambodian side welcomed the informal coordination meeting between the two secretariats, which is held periodically to proactively and peacefully seek solutions to various issues in a timely manner, aiming to prevent unnecessary misunderstandings and ease tensions along the border. During the meeting, the Cambodian side demanded that the Thai side cease activities such as land clearing for road construction, geographical expansion, and the laying of barbed wire in areas within Cambodian sovereign territory and areas not yet clearly demarcated. Cambodia emphasized the urgent necessity to commence the demarcation work of the Joint Boundary Commission (JBC) as soon as possible, in accordance with existing bilateral agreements and the Joint Statement dated December 27, 2025.

Furthermore, the Cambodian side requested that the Thai side collaborate in educating and enforcing discipline among its frontline forces to prevent any provocative actions, such as firing weapons, laying barbed wire, and using inappropriate language. Additionally, the Cambodian side underscored the importance of jointly preventing the spread of fake news and disinformation, particularly content intended to incite hatred and resentment. This effort aims to foster mutual trust and create a favourable environment for peaceful resolution.
Reiterating ours firm commitment, the Cambodian side reaffirmed its strict and full adherence to the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) dated December 27, 2025; the Joint Declaration on the Cambodia-Thailand Peace Agreement dated October 26, 2025; and other relevant agreements. These commitments aim to pursue a peaceful, fair, and sustainable solution in accordance with international law, as well as existing treaties and agreements between the two nations.
