នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅអាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិសៀមរាបអង្គរ ខេត្តសៀមរាប ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានទទួលស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅបំផុតចំពោះប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី ដែលបានចាត់បញ្ជូននាយទាហានចំនួន ២រូប គឺ វរសេនីយ៍ត្រី Li Yiming និងព្រិន្ទបាលឯក Toh Wee Chiang មកចូលរួមជាមួយក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ដែលដឹកនាំដោយប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី ក្នុងការចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍ អំពីស្ថានភាពព្រំដែន បន្ទាប់ពីការចូលជាធរមាននៃបទឈប់បាញ់។
កម្ពុជាតែងតែផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងដល់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ព្រមទាំងសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ទៅលើសារៈសំខាន់មិនអាចខ្វះបានក្នុងការពង្រឹងតួនាទី និងអាណត្តិរបស់ AOT ដើម្បីផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងធានាការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ ក៏ដូចជាវិធានការនានា ដែលបានឯកភាពគ្នារវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃឱ្យបានពេញលេញ និងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាព គណនេយ្យភាព និងការជឿទុកចិត្តគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងតែងតែស្វាគមន៍ដល់បណ្តាប្រទេសជាមិត្តដែលមានបំណងក្នុងការចូលរួមជួយលើកិច្ចការនេះបន្ថែមទៀត។
រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជា សូមបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ស្មោះត្រង់ ប្រកបដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ក្នុងការគោរព និងអនុវត្តយ៉ាងពេញលេញ និងខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួនបំផុតនូវសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥, សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងទៀត ដើម្បីឆ្ពោះទៅការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងវិញឆាប់រហ័ស និងការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាព សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព យូរអង្វែង។

H.E. Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:
On January 16, 2026 at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia warmly welcomes Singapore for sending two military officers (Major Li Yiming and First Warrant Officer Toh Wee Chiang) to join the Asean Observer Team (AOT), led by Malaysia, to observe, verify, and report on the border situation following the ceasefire came into force.
Cambodia has always continues to provide its full support to the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), emphasizing the essential need to strengthen the AOT’s role and mandate. This ensures the ceasefire and agreed measures between Cambodia and Thailand are implemented fully and effectively. By welcoming friendly nations to assist in this task, Cambodia aims to promote transparency, accountability, and mutual trust.
The Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia reaffirm our firm, sincere, and unwavering commitment to fully and faithfully respect and implement the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) on December 27, 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand on October 26, 2025, and all other relevant agreements. This commitment is made with the aim of ensuring rapid recovery and restoring normalcy, and long-lasting peace and stability.
