ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមបដិសេធចោលនូវខ្លឹមសាររបស់ភាគីថៃ ដែលបានចុះផ្សាយខាងលើនេះ និងសូមអះអាងថាជាព័ត៌មានប្រឌិត ក្លែងក្លាយផ្ទុយពីការពិតទាំងស្រុង។ ព្រោះថាតំបន់ប៉ោយប៉ែត ក្នុងខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ គឺជាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលមានប្រជាជនរស់នៅយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករ រួមទាំងមានជនបរទេសជាច្រើនជាតិសាសន៍នៅទីនោះផងដែរ ហើយកម្ពុជាមិនមានការចល័តកងទ័ពទៅកាន់តំបន់ប៉ោយប៉ែតនោះទេ។
Some Thai news media outlets have disseminated assertions falsely accusing the Cambodian forces that “Cambodia has mobilized troops into the Poipet area, Banteay Meanchey province.”
The Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia strongly refutes these claims, emphasizing that the information published by the Thai side is entirely fabricated and completely false. The Poipet area is a commercial hub with a densely populated community comprising many foreigners of various nationalities. Cambodia affirms that no troops have been mobilized to the Poipet area.
