សកម្មភាពខាងលើជាការវាយប្រហារដ៏កំរោល ដោយមិនរើសគោលដៅរបស់យោធាថៃ ជាការរំលោភបំពានច្បាប់មនុស្សធម៌អន្តរជាតិ។

• At 07:52 a.m., the Thai military shelling into the area of Prey Chan Village, O Bei Chon commune, Ou Chrov Distict, Banteay Meanchey province where the civilian resides.
